Safe Time Nottingham and Nottinghamshire

Safe Time Nottingham is a therapy service for children and young people across Nottinghamshire who have experienced sexual abuse or sexual exploitation.

Who is Safe Time Nottingham for?

We help young people aged up to 18 years old and care leavers up to age 25, living in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, who have experienced child sexual abuse and exploitation.

What we do

We offer medium to long-term therapy, of up to 24 sessions, and adapt our support to their individual circumstances.

Our experienced counsellors use a range of approaches to help children make sense of and work through the impact, the feelings, and the trauma associated with abuse and exploitation. We provide a safe space for children and young people to explore their thoughts, feelings, and trauma if they choose to.

How do I access Safe Time Nottingham?

We only receive referrals from: Safe Time 2 Nottingham, Notts SVSS, Imara, and The Children's Society Safe Spaces. We don’t take referrals from any other organisations or self-referrals.
