The EU Settlement Scheme allows EU citizens to continue to live, work and study in the UK without any immigration time restrictions after the UK leaves the European Union. This service will support EU citizens in the North East of England to make applications to the scheme.

Who is this service for?

Vulnerable EU Citizens applying to the EU Settlement Scheme. Support is also available to family members of EU citizens to gain settled or pre-settled immigration status in the UK.

What support does the service provide?

The drop-in and appointment service is free of charge, with interpreters available to assist those who may face language barriers. Initial information gathering sessions will be carried out on the client’s first visit, and if appropriate an appointment date and time will be provided to continue to complete the application.

The Migrant Advice Project has access to all the necessary equipment needed to make EUSS applications, ensuring that all clients are able to make their application in a confidential environment.
