Our Youth Support Service provides youth work activities for young people aged 12-19 (and up to 25 for young people with special education needs and/or a disability) across Central Bedfordshire.
Our approach is to enable young people to reach their full potential through accessing support from trusted adults in the community. Through our youth work activities, we hope young people will feel connected with their communities, develop a strong sense of belonging and feel empowered to have a voice in decisions which affect their lives.

A mental health crisis is an emergency that has a direct and immediate threat to your physical and emotional safety. In a situation like this, it’s important to get help quickly.
Try to stay calm and ask someone for help. It could help to tell someone you trust, maybe a family member or a friend. They can be with you and help you decide what to do. They can also contact other services on your behalf.
If there is any immediate risk to life, contact the emergency services by calling 999.
