Young people need hope hubs

Even before the pandemic hit, the well-being of children in this country – how they feel about their lives, their health, their safety, their happiness, and their futures – had been in decline for a decade.

Right now, thousands of children can’t access the mental health support they need. When they try to find help, their names are put on long waiting lists, and some may never see the specialist they need. Their hopes for the future hang by a thread. Self-harm and suicide attempts are increasing.
