We would love to work together to improve the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

Volunteering with us

Employee volunteers help us to raise awareness of the complex issues facing young people, and promote our work to support and protect them. They add capacity to our teams, help us raise vital funds, and the skills and expertise they share with our colleagues allow us to deliver more for the most vulnerable young people.

In return, employee volunteers with The Children’s Society receive opportunities for personal and professional development outside of their day to day work, learn new skills and have fun. They will also gain a deeper understanding of the issues facing vulnerable children and young people in the UK today, taking that knowledge back into their workplace and their communities.

With this in mind, we ask that you take a moment to complete this short questionnaire to help us match your team’s time and resources to some of our current projects and events that are most at need of your support. Please note that the more flexible you can be in terms of location, dates and the activities you are interested in, the higher the chance we have of finding your perfect volunteering opportunity. To ensure we can create engaging and beneficial opportunities for your team to get involved, we require a minimum 8 week lead in period for all employee volunteering opportunities.
