Collection boxes have been a big part of The Children’s Society’s fundraising for many years and with the support of thousands of box holders, they continue to provide nearly £2m of vital income each year to help vulnerable children and young people.

Box holders have traditionally been part of local networks of collectors but due to popular demand we can now offer everyone the chance to donate in this way. Our new Individual Box scheme now allows you to collect in your home and donate without the need to be part of a local network.

Register for your new box and make a big difference for young people with your small change.

The practical and emotional support that our programmes provide is vital for thousands of vulnerable children. Children like Annisha.

Annisha's story

Annisha had spent her childhood dealing with pain and rejection. This became too much to cope with when both her parents rejected her and she was taken into care. But the loneliness she experienced in care resulted in Annisha running away and putting herself at risk of harm. It took a project worker from The Children’s Society to step in before Annisha’s life started to look more positive. She now understands the dangers of running away and knows what to do to stay safe. She also has someone to talk to that she can trust. Read more about Annisha’s story.

Registering for an Individual Box is an easy but important way to raise vital funds to help children like Annisha, and you won’t even notice you’re doing it.
