The Homelessness Prevention service works with 16 and 17 year-olds who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.

We do this through preventative work, crisis intervention, mediation, family work and parenting advice.  We work with young people, their family members and any other individual they see as significant to their situation in order to prevent family breakdown and youth homelessness.

Where young people are unable to return home, or it is not safe to do so, we can provide emergency accommodation.
