We develop services to meet your targets because we listen to you and work with you, to change children's lives.

Let's work together

Our partners across the country trust us to deliver for young people because: We listen. We support. We act.

We’ll work with you to understand what you need to achieve. Together we’ll develop unique services that tackle the complex problems young people face.

We bring our long experience and expertise in practice, policy and social innovation, always informed by the voices of young people. We draw on the skills of professional frontline staff who are experts in their specialist areas.

Commission us to:

  • design new services and commissioning models
  • test and evaluate innovative new approaches
  • create high-quality interventions that offer real value for money
  • deliver positive outcomes for children and young people.

We'd love to help you make a difference to children and young people in your area. Contact Paul Maher, Head of Business Development.

Let's talk

We can work together to make sure no child feels alone

Disrupting exploitation

We want to work to tackle exploitation as a whole. We understand that once children fall into exploitation, the issues they face may cross all types of exploitation. You can commission us to disrupt exploitation, or we are sector leaders in the criminal exploitation, CSE and missing fields

Prevention, protection and prosecution are at the heart of our services supporting young people at risk or affected by child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSE/A)

County lines, criminal exploitation and trafficking

We are delivering unique services for internally trafficked young men and women who are affected by criminal exploitation, working with the Police to keep more young people safe

Missing from home or care

From return home interviews to one-to-one mentoring for children that have run away, our services enable you to support young people in your area that are at risk of or have gone missing

Emotional well-being

Our focus on resilience-building programmes ensures young people are able to cope with the challenges they face, including through early intervention

Mental health

Our trauma-informed approaches focus on helping young people navigate mental health issues, including those supported by local child and adolescent mental health services

Independent visiting

We recruit and support capable and experienced volunteers who are suitably matched to young people based on their needs, providing extra assistance to young people

Substance misuse

Working with parents and young people, our expert practitioners provide tailored help for drug and alcohol addiction and children whose lives are affected by addiction

Our experienced mentors build positive relationships with young people to offer advice and guidance when they need it

Family support

We work together with vulnerable families to help them sustain positive lifestyles and provide a stable home environment

Young carers

No child should miss out on their childhood due to caring responsibilities. Our services make sure young carers are given time to be a child in spite of their responsibilities at home

Children in care and the edge of care

We provide intensive services to support families and young people in care to return home safely, and help those on the edge of care to remain with their families

Care leavers

Leaving care can be just as daunting as being taken into it, we recognise this and have designed services to better support these young people during their transition into adulthood

Child advocacy and children's rights

Young people trust us to be an independent voice to advocate on their behalf, whether they are in care, have just left the care system or are in child protection plans

Refugee, migrant and UASC

Our expert practitioners work with these vulnerable groups to help orientate them into local communities, providing advice and supporting them to build a better future

Support services

Our innovative approaches lead to better service models, benefitting you and the young people in your area.
