'You are not on your own' is for use by children affected by a parent or carer who drinks alcohol excessively

You are not on your own is designed to help children to have discussions with professionals working with them - or with an adult they trust - about a parent or carer's drinking.

The booklet aims to help them talk about problems being caused in their lives (and those of their families) by a parent or carer's alcohol use. It is intended to address ways to keep them safe from harm.
