Through our work we promote the voices of children and young people, seek to influence policy and practice, produce resources and undertake training and consultancy work.

We aim to:

  • Enable the voices of children, young people and families affected by parental drug and alcohol misuse to be heard
  • Assist in increasing the capacity of all those working with children, young people and families affected by parental drug and alcohol abuse to recognise and respond to their needs, and promote good practice and information on existing provision and support
  • Inform and shape the development of policy and practice around the support for children, young people and families affected by parental drug and alcohol misuse and to raise awareness of this issue.
