We have more than 100 shops across the country with around 2,500 volunteers who generously give their time each week

Last year, our shops and volunteers helped raise over £11.2 million by selling donated goods through our retail shops which helps transform the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

Covid-19 update: our shops are beginning to reopen safely

Following the initial lockdown, our shops are beginning to re-open safely but we are taking a phased and considered approach so some of our shops are still closed.

Please do contact us on 0207 841 4400 for more information regarding your local shop.

Our high street stores - phased re-opening

We are excited to say that nearly half of our shops have now re-opened safely, we are advising all customers to call ahead of visiting to ensure your local shop is open, all shops have had to open with temporary reduced hours in order to keep our staff safe and to carry out essential cleaning procedures.

The safety of our staff, volunteers and customers is paramount, so all of our shops have hand sanitiser stations, sneeze guards at till points, as well as social distancing measures in place.

Information about donations

We are always grateful for your donations but sometimes shops may ask you to keep hold of your items until a later date. This is due to the requirement for donations to be isolated for a period of time before being handled and the impact this has on storage space.

We do understand that this is a huge inconvenience to our donors but hope that you can appreciate the very difficult circumstances our shop teams are working in at the moment, your understanding is very much appreciated.

We would strongly advise that you call ahead before making a special journey to our shops to ensure the shop is open and able to accept your donations.

Please help our shops and your local community by not leaving donations outside of closed shops. Thank you.

Our ebay shop

Even if your local shop is closed, you can still support us.

Our eBay shop sells a huge range of amazing items generously donated by our supporters. Our eBay shop is the place where we showcase our most intriguing and desirable items and most of them are brand new.

Our dedicated team examine and list a wide variety of items every day so our shop is constantly updated with exciting new stock and, most importantly, every purchase from our eBay shop helps to support our vital work with vulnerable children.

We would like to thank you for your support and understanding during this difficult time, it is very much appreciated.
