Processing and banking your donations

Thank you so much for donating to us, following Government guidance we have made the decision to scale back operations of our Supporter Care team who are based at our National Office in London.  

Going forward any physical post received into the office, including donations, will be securely stored and will only be opened at two week intervals. This means there will be a delay in the processing and banking of any donations received. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.

We would kindly request that if you do are considering making a donation to us that you do so via our website, through an online platform such as JustGiving, or by online bank transfer. Alternatively, please call our Supporter Care team for our bank details. You can also donate by Debit or Credit Card over the phone by calling 0300 3030 555.
