If you are a young person who is unhappy with our services, please tell us so that we can sort it out. We are here to listen, and take you seriously no matter what the issue is.

Our video, produced by young people, shows that it’s ok to complain. You will not get into trouble and you are not making a fuss. It helps us keep you safe and improve how we work.

Our video features an example of a situation that could lead to a complaint. There are many other reasons why you might want to complain, but whatever they are, please tell us why you are unhappy with us.

 

How to tell us if you are unhappy with us

You can:

  • Complete the online form below
  • Text or call 07720 941 881 (8am – 4pm, Mon-Fri) - if you text or call after 4pm we will be in touch during the next working day
  • Call 0800 783 7173 (8am – 4pm, Mon-Fri) – you may be charged for this call if you are calling from a mobile
