Network outage: Did you email us on Wednesday 7 May?

We experienced some technical issues on Wednesday 7 May with our servers. As a result, staff were unable to access or receive individual and team e-mails.

Please re-send emails

Due to this, most incoming e-mails did not reach our in-boxes.

If you sent an e-mail yesterday to anyone at The Children’s Society, we ask you to re-send your message.

We are now up and running again and able to receive and respond to e-mails.
