Help support young carers on #GivingTuesday [Updated]

This year, the #GivingTuesday campaign is launching in the UK, and we're proud to join in.

#GivingTuesday is a a global day of giving. After today's Black Friday sales and the online shopping boom on Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday is an opportunity to come together to show the world why it’s good to give. Whether it’s making a donation, volunteering your time or just spreading the word at the start of the Christmas shopping season, the day is a call to action for everyone who wants to give something back.

The simple idea behind #GivingTuesday is to encourage people, charities and businesses to donate time, money or their voice to help a good cause.

Get involved

There are two ways we’re asking you to get involved.

1. Text GIVE to 70025 to donate £5(*). Your gift will help support our work with young carers and other children who need support.

2. Tell your friends. Follow us on social media today and we’ll send prompts to make the £5 donation. The goal is to encourage friends and family to make a donation.

Whether you get one person or 100 people to donate or take part, make sure you’re part of #GivingTuesday.

Inspired by young carers

Like many people, we're inspired by the young carers that we work with.

On #GivingTuesday join us in thinking about these more than 166,000 young people across the country who are undertaking significant responsibilities to keep their families together.

Terms and conditions for donations by text
