Safer Internet Day: top tips for staying safe online
Posted: 5 February 2019
Talking about mental health isn't easy but it doesn't have to be such a struggle either. We should all feel open to having a conversation about mental health.
Time to Talk Day celebrates an openness about mental health and raises awareness of the importance of sharing our thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental way.
To mark Time to Talk Day, we're encouraging you to share with us how you choose to deal with any feelings of anxiety.
However you choose to deal with your anxiety, it's important that you are open to talk about it. If you don't feel like you can talk to close friends then there are many organisations with support groups, forums and helplines. Find out more about our mental health services and check out peer support resources on the Anxiety Care, and Anxiety UK websites.
