how university of Birmingham pause helps
How Pause helps
Our professional team of therapists offer support and advice with anything that may be troubling you, both in face to face drop-in sessions across campus and on the phone.
This means that wherever you are in the world, if you are part of the University of Birmingham community, you can call us.
Where needed, we can help you access more specific services or refer to organisations that can help. We also have groups, workshops and well-being resources.
Students are at the heart of what we do and are encouraged continue helping us design our services.
