Christingle celebrations can take whatever form is appropriate for you, be it a Service, a carol concert or a school assembly. Here are four quick steps to organising your Christingle:
- Choose a date, venue and time, any time between advent and Candlemas.
- Order your free Christingle resources and download resources for your celebration for church, children and youth and schools.
- Publicise! For many, Christingle can be the most well attended service of the year. Send out a press release to local newspapers and register your celebration on our website so that people in your neighbourhood can find it in our search for a service near you section.
- Raise money. Every year, Christingle celebrations raise £1.2m, which enables The Children's Society to continue to help disadvantaged children in the UK.
