In 2008/09, we celebrated 40 years since The Children's Society introduced Christingle services to The Church of England. With more than 6000 celebrations around the country and over £1,200,000 raised so far, the appeal has been a huge success. Whether you took part in the celebrations or not, please do help us to make the 2009/10 appeal even bigger and better by sparing 5 minutes to complete our online survey.

Christingle is a wonderful opportunity to bring together children, family and friends, local schools and youth groups and together celebrate the Christmas message.
Your Christingle can take many forms, be it a service, a carol concert or a school assembly. Our wide range of new, free and inspiring resources, focussed on this year's theme of Jesus the Light of the World, will help you to create your own special celebration.
Whether you are new to Christingle or one of our regular supporters, this fun and festive event has something for everyone and helps raise vital funds for children caught in the vicious circle of fear and harm, driven by violence, neglect, poverty and discrimination.
A huge thank you to everyone who has taken part.
