Ecclesiastical Insurance is a natural partner to The Children’s Society. They are committed to supporting our work and protecting people and organisations that care about their communities.
Their support and enthusiasm over the past three years has raised a fantastic sum of almost £400,000 which has been fundamental in helping us continue providing vital help and support for those children who need it the most.
Ecclesiastical has supported us since 1998 through proceeds of its Nicer ISA and chose The Children's Society as its first ever national charity partner in 2006.
Ecclesiastical are headline sponsors of our national series of walking events, Walk & Explore for a consecutive year.
Only through their commitment have we been able to extend this event to six historical city walks across England. Already employees, families, friends and local communities have taken part in some of this year's events and have had lots of fun…
Chelsea Flower Show
Ecclesiastical were proud sponsors of The Children’s Society’s first ever garden at last year’s Chelsea Flower Show. Our Lust for Life garden received the most media attention than any other small garden at Chelsea. We are delighted that it won the Silver award.
This mass awareness project would not have been able to take place without the financial support and dedication from Ecclesiastical towards our garden.
Our unique integrated partnership has been met with enthusiasm at all levels within Ecclesiastical. Steve Wood, Managing Director at Ecclesiastical opened our garden at Chelsea Flower Show and Michael Tripp, Ecclesiastical Chief Executive enjoyed the Royal Gala Evening with key brokers and clients.
Throughout the week of the Chelsea Flower Show 19 other staff volunteered to be garden hosts, answering visitors' questions and getting the chance to be involved in their employer’s sponsorship activity.
