Ecclesiastical - Proud to be a supporter

Ecclesiastical is proud to count itself among The Children's Society's supporters.

Following the launch of The Good Childhood Inquiry in February, Ecclesiastical is committed to help support the change needed to make childhood better. We are sponsoring a web section, which will ask you to carry out actions to make childhood better in your community. We want you to know that we can all take responsibility and make a positive difference.

Ecclesiastical has always been concerned with protecting people and organisations in our society which care for the communities in which they live and work. We protect churches, charities, schools, care homes and heritage buildings.  We don't just provide insurance protection; we also offer advice and reassurance too. We help people to protect themselves and work to prevent accidents. When things do go wrong, which they inevitably do, we're there to help get life back to normal as soon as possible.

For the third year running we're also supporting The Children's Society's sponsored walking events. In September 2009, Walk & Explore will take place in London. We'd really like to see you there! If you can't make the date, don't worry, we're also supporting a 'Do Your Own' pack so you can organise your very own walk wherever you are. We want you to get together with family, friends and colleagues to learn, laugh and support some of the most disadvantaged children in the UK.

With so much going on it's going to be an exciting year for Ecclesiastical and The Children's Society. Above all, we're delighted we can work together to help make childhood better.
