Open Gardens at Rudfyn Manor
Many thanks to everyone who attended The Stratford Committee's recent Open Garden event at Rudfyn Manor. The day was a great success, raising over £800 for The Children's Society and attracting over 100 visitors - despite competing with a local carnival, Wimbledon and the last England World Cup match!
Visitors took advantage of the opportunity to explore the manor grounds, browse book and cake stalls and try their luck at the tombolla and treasure hunt. And there was also plenty of time to relax and enjoy homemade cakes and refreshments in the beautiful sunshine…
The Children's Society would like to thank all at the Stratford Committee for their hard work.
