Why not take part in a walking adventure in the suburbs of Liverpool, Capital of Culture 2008? You can follow in the footsteps of the Fab Four as you explore the historic villages of Gateacre and Woolton, taking in historic sites, including some made famous by the Beatles.
Search for clues as you follow our fun filled walking adventures of either 1.5 or 3 miles
There will be free entertainment and activities including:
- A chance to meet a full size dalek model and to pose for a photo outside a replica TARDIS
- Travel through time to meet characters from Gateacre and Woolton's past
- Enjoy music from the Liverpool Walton Salvation Army Band and community choir Singing Our Socks Off
- Take part in crafts and a Poet Tree Trail in Reynold's Park
- Discover Strawberry Field and the childhood home of John Lennon.
