Register for FREE today and we’ll provide you with a simple step-by-step pack to hosting your event, plus a hotline number so you can call us for ideas, advice or even just a chat! What’s more, if you register for an Organise-Your-Own Walk & Explore pack by the end of February 2009, you will receive badges, medals, pens and balloons FREE for your group! Hold your event before the end of 2008 and we will throw in some participant t-shirts too!
The 2008 flagship events
Thousands of supporters joined us for the six flagship events in the 2008 series, which took place in Durham, Canterbury, St Albans, Oxford, London and Bristol. With up to three specially designed routes exploring some of the country’s most beautiful cities, free entry into many of the historic sights along the way and a whole host of entertainment, Walk & Explore is a fantastic way to raise money for The Children's Society’s pioneering work.
