Now that your Christingle is over, here is how to pay in your donations

Empty your collection envelopes and collection candles

Once your event is over, you’ll need to empty all your collection envelopes and collection candles so you can total up the funds. Be sure to keep hold of the envelopes though, as we will still need these.

Pay donations in at the bank

Once you know how much money has been raised, complete the details on the Christingle giro you received when you ordered your resources and take this, along with your donations to your local Barclays or Post Office. You can pay the funds in at a bank other than Barclays, but you may be asked to pay a small transfer fee and we may not be able to acknowledge receipt of your donation.

If you don’t have a giro, please call 0300 30 30 555 to order one, (8am–9pm Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Saturday–Sunday).

Pay in your donation online

If you don’t have time to get to a bank or Post Office, why not pay in your donation online?

Simply pay the funds into your own bank account and then use our online payment form to pay the money to us.

Send us your collection envelopes

Please read our updated Gift Aid Guidelines, contained in the Christingle Donation Form, before you send your collection envelopes.

Due to changes in HMRC regulations, the way in which we claim Gift Aid has changed, meaning you are now required to return a Christingle Donation Form with the envelopes.

Once you’re happy that all of the envelopes have been emptied of all cash, please post them to us for free to:
