Established in 2005, the Youth Development Project of the Diocese of London is a partnership between The Children's Society and the Church of England Diocese of London.
The partnership draws on the historic roots of The Children's Society and reflects both the continued importance of the link between the two organisations, and the Christian ethos upon which we are based.
This programme helps churches to develop and improve their youth work practice, and supports youth workers by offering training and information to churches within the Diocese of London.
The programme also encourages young people's participation, enabling them to take an active and positive role in their church and/or community.
