Calling all coffee lovers
You are invited to take part in our National Coffee Morning on 8 September. Taking part is easy – all you have to do is invite your family, friends or neighbours to join you for a cup of coffee and a chat. At work, encourage your colleagues to get together for a well-earned coffee break. Simply asking everyone for a small donation will help us in our direct work with disadvantaged children.
It's not all about coffee... encourage supporters to get together whatever their mid morning pick me up! If they’re not a caffeine consumer suggest a healthy herbal tea or fresh and tasty fruit juice!
Why not ask your guests to use the coffee morning as an opportunity to chat about their favourite childhood memories, write them down and add them to our Hundreds and Thousands campaign?
Every coffee morning makes a difference! Every pound raised from a coffee morning makes a difference - just £5, the equivalent to the cost of a large jar of coffee, will pay for a shower and a hot meal for a young runaway living on the street.
If you would like, we’ve also got a special prayer that you can download and read at your coffee meeting.
