Our Advent calendar blog

For many people the lead-up to Christmas is a busy time of shopping, parties and fun. But this time also includes Advent, a time of making space, waiting and reflection.
That is why we launched our Advent calendar blog. From yesterday, 2 December, through Christmas, we will post daily new Advent-themed blog stories.
Bloggers will include Giles Fraser, Paula Gooder, Cham Kaur-Mann and the Rt Revd Paul Butler, Bishop of Southwell and Nottingham.
Each blog post will offer reflection or prayer, as well as discussion of its relevance to our work helping some of the most vulnerable young people in the country.
