Andrew Flintoff supports fundraiser for The Children’s Society’s Lancashire project
England all rounder Andrew Flintoff is backing The Children’s Society’s fundraising partnership with Bauer Media’s Preston-based radio station Rock FM, raising money for our work with young runaways in Lancashire.
A Rock FM team will cycle from the Eiffel Tower to the Blackpool Tower in their latest Cash 4 Kids appeal aiming to raise £30,000 for our project this summer.
Andrew said, 'I am supporting Rock FM’s Tower 2 Tower challenge to raise money for The Children’s Society’s young runaways project in Lancashire - it’s a great cause that had me bowled over! Please help us to reach the £30,000 target by donating now. Good luck with the ride guys!'
Others lending their support are Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Preston-born Jessica Taylor and double Olympic Gold medal winning cyclist Bradley Wiggins CBE.
