Michaela supports the policy team with our work in parliament. Prior to joining us she worked for a group of MPs in parliament and before that she was an elected officer in the National Union of Students.

Nigel leads our Church Partnerships team and manages relationships with churches. He is a busy man. He has lunch with important people and uses ice cream and cake as important team-building strategies.

Paula is Canon Theologian of Birmingham and Guildford Cathedrals, Lay Canon at Salisbury Cathedral, Visiting lecturer at King's College, London, Associate lecturer at St Mellitus College, London, and Theological Adviser to the Bible Society. She is a Reader in the Church of England and a member of General Synod.

A passionate advocate for making childhood better for all children in the UK, Elaine leads the work on issues of childhood and child well-being, with a focus on disadvantaged children and children at risk.

Lauren is a university student, studying communcications. Aside from children's well-being, she is passionate about anti-genocide and advocates for justice in East Africa.

James manages our work in parliament. Prior to joining us he worked for NSPCC in their corporate affairs team and before that he was a researcher in parliament.
