Our events

The Children's Society organises a wide range of non-fundraising events from conferences, seminars and forums to open days, product launches and showcases of our work for professionals and partners.

Open days, launches and showcases

Our open days, product launches and showcases provide an opportunity for professionals to see how we work directly with children and young people.

Partnership events

Our partnership events offer professionals and supporters the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of events organised jointly with key partners and other organisations.

  • Friday 29 June to Sunday 1 JulyYoung Carers’ Festival. Organised by The Children’s Society’s Include Programme in partnership with YMCA.
  • Friday 24 August to Monday 27 August: Greenbelt Festival (associate partner)
  • Thursday 27 September: Respecting and Safeguarding Disabled Children and Young People conference, Maidstone, Kent. Conference organised by Kent County Council and supported by various London and South-East England-based programmes from The Children’s Society

Exhibitions and Trade Shows

We are frequently out and about at specialist trade shows and exhibitions meeting commissioners of children’s services, social workers and practitioners. Here’s a list of where we’ll be in the coming months.
