Simon trained as a Youth and Community worker and has worked in the voluntary sector all his life. He is an experienced manager and has worked nationally on volunteering issues; regionally for a voluntary sector infrastructure agency and as a Regional Manager for a volunteering charity. He lives and works in Birmingham.
