Pauline Kennedy
Deputy Operations Director, Children and Young People’s Division
Pauline Kennedy has worked in the community for charitable organisations the past 25 years. Her work roles have included Programme and Senior Management. She has also been a lecturer and tutor at university, and as a trainer and consultant for an education, training and consultancy organisation. Her interests are informal and formal education and community work, developing support systems for young people and their families in schools.
Pauline was a school governor for many years. Her other areas of interest and experience are with young people who are in the care system, at risk on the streets and runaways. She has also for a number of years represented the Voluntary Sector on Local Authority partnership and safeguarding boards. Her qualifications are in Youth and Community Work, Social Service Management and Psychology.
