The end of Lent and my BenevoLent challenge
Hooray we made it! My BenevoLent challenge is over and Easter is here at long last.
I gave up sugar so I am really looking forward to all the chocolate eggs I'm going to get this weekend. But before I open my Easter eggs there's one very important final step: donating the savings I made to The Children's Society.

'I’ve always been a keen baker, especially when I’ve got some free time on the weekends. To celebrate the run up to Easter I made Simnel cakes as well as chocolate Easter nests. Many hands make light work, so I got my nephew involved in the baking to celebrate this special and reflective time of year.
