Dame Shirley Bassey is amongst a host of stars to have raided their attics in support of The Children’s Society’s exclusive Attic Amnesty Auction in association with Twentieth Century Fox and ebay.co.uk
The Children’s Society has teamed up with Twentieth Century Fox and ebay.co.uk to launch a celebrity Attic Amnesty Auction to raise money towards its work of making childhood better in the UK. The sale of valuable items that well-known people have found in their attics coincides with the release of , in cinemas from Wednesday 12th August.
Stars of the film Ashley Tinsdale (High School Musical) and Robert Hoffman (Step Up 2: The Streets) are amongst the host of well known names who have raided their attics including: Kylie Minogue, Julie Walters, Emma Watson, JLS, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Katie Melua, Alesha Dixon, Sir John Major, Kevin Pietersen, Lemar, The Saturdays, Simon Webbe, Boyzone DJ Spoony, Melanie C, Tara Palmer-Tomkinson and Sir Tom Jones.
