Moving to a new country
My name is Amir and I'm 10. My mum and dad and me came to England after escaping from Iran. It was really bad there because it was dangerous and lots of our friends had been hurt or killed. The kids at school were teasing me because I'm not from England, I'm from Iran, but I spoke to my teacher and she taught me to stand up for myself. I've learnt to be proud of who I am, I have lots of friends and now I'm happy.
