Children whose parents are drink or drug dependent
Some young people’s parents have problems with drinking alcohol or taking drugs, which can make life hard when you’re growing up in a house filled with anger, violence, depression, or a lack of food and clothing. All of this makes it hard to deal with life, school, and friends. The Children’s Society helps them through one-to-one counselling sessions to deal with their parent’s actions.
