Donate mobiles, smartphones and IT equipment through ShP for Charity
Our new partnership with ShP for Charity allows you to easily recycle your unwanted mobile phones and IT hardware.
This free, quick service will allow you to recycle all of your unwanted mobile phones and IT hardware while supporting our work with some of the most vulnerable children and young people across the country.
All donated hardware is reused, refurbished or recycled in the correct environmental manner in line with the EU standards and all data is destroyed.

Mobile phones
To donate an old mobile phone, simply contact our Supporter Care team by telephone on 0300 303 7000 or by email and request an envelope to send in your old phone.
Or you could pop your mobile into an envelope and send it to us for free:

Each handset that you donate provides £3.50 to support our work.
If you have more than 10 phones that you would like to donate, ShP is happy to arrange for a courier to collect them. To arrange a pick-up please speak to ShP for Charity by telephone on 01524 580910 or by email.
IT equipment
We and ShP for Charity welcome donations of old computers and related hardware, such as:
- printers
- monitors
- computers
- hard drives
- photocopiers
Whether the hardware is broken or working, everything has a value and can be sold, and 50% of the retail value of the hardware will be sent to us to support our work.

Smartphones
You can trade in your super snazzy smartphone to earn some cash and also donate some (or all!) of the proceeds to support our work with some of the most vulnerable children across England.
