Walking from popular stations
Euston:
Come out of the main station entrance. Cross the Euston Road. Walk down Upper Woburn Place into Woburn Place and then into Russell Square. Turn left at the Russell Hotel in Russell Square into Guilford Street. Walk straight until you reach Grays Inn Road and cross into Calthorpe Street. When you reach the Holiday Inn on Farringdon Road Margery Street will be directly in front of you. This is a straightforward walk.
Farringdon:
Come out of the main station entrance. Turn right and walk down Cowcross Street to the junction with Farringdon Road. Turn right on to Farringdon Road. Keep walking along Farringdon Road, crossing over Clerkenwell Road and Rosebury Avenue. You will see a small parade of shops opposite the Holiday Inn and a café on the corner. Margery Street is the turning on your right.
Kings Cross:
Come out of the main station entrance. Turn left. Staying on the same side of Euston Road cross over two sets of traffic lights. At the Kings Cross Thameslink station cross towards the station, which will be on your right. Continue into Kings Cross Road. Keep walking until you reach the Holiday Inn. Margery Street will be on your left hand side at a set of traffic lights. There is a small parade of shops opposite the Holiday Inn and a café on the corner.
By tube
- Kings Cross (Northern, Piccadilly and Victoria Lines) is about 10-15 minutes walk.
- Angel (Northern Line) is about 10 minutes walk
- Chancery Lane (Central Line) 10 minutes walk
- Farringdon (Central, Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan Line) 10 minutes

- 205 along Marylebone Road, Euston Road, Pentonville Road from Paddington/Kings Cross - alight at Kings Cross Road/Penton Road
- 214 from Kings Cross along Pentonville Road
By car
- The Children's Society is within the Congestion Charging Zone.
