Sarah David
Sarah is the Chief Operating Officer at Whitehead Mann with responsibility for clients, people and knowledge. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Sarah’s career as a lawyer was spent with Slaughter and May in London and New York. She moved into the legal recruitment sector with Quarry Dougall, becoming a director on their major UK and US accounts.
Prior to joining Whitehead Mann, Sarah was the Executive Director at Linklaters. Her initial focus was on the development, implementation and communication of firm strategy and the integration of eight international mergers, reporting directly to the Firmwide Managing Partner. She led and worked on a number of aspects of partner development and leadership and also had responsibility for expanding the firm’s partner base in New York. For her last two years in the firm, she was a member of the global management board responsible for the business services functions and was the Programme Director for a number of cost reduction and service improvement projects.
Sarah was educated in North America and the UK and holds a BA (Law) from University of Sheffield and an MBA from Henley Management College. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Managing Partners’ Forum.
