How do we do it?
Transition: We work with secondary schools and their linking primary schools offering one-to-one and group support work, summer schemes, drop in and induction days for the new starters in September. We continue to support the young people during their first year at secondary school, working closely with the schools to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.
Inclusion: Our work in this area includes group work support, peer mentoring training and support, one-to-one support, drop in and circle time sessions which cover a variety of topics including identity and choosing options for GCSE.
