Research

 

Research and evaluation are key aspects of The Children’s Society’s work. Our national research team carries out:

  • Research to learn more about the issues affecting the children and young people with whom we work.
  • Evaluation of our projects working with children and young people to measure the impact of this work and to help develop  and improve services.

We aim to put children’s and young people’s voices at the centre of the research we carry out. We also aim to offer children and young people opportunities to be active participants in research projects wherever possible.

The team specialises in the following areas of research:
