Research
Research and evaluation are key aspects of The Children's Society's work. Our national research team undertakes;
- research to learn more about the issues affecting the children and young people with whom we work
- evaluation of our projects working with children and young people, to measure the impact of this work and to help develop and improve services.
We aim to put children's and young people's voices at the centre of the research we carry out. We also aim to offer children and young people opportunities to be active participants in research projects wherever possible.
We have well-established partnerships with a number of university research departments, which support a rigorous and well-informed approach, and provide external validation of our work.
