I have severe arthrogryposis, which affects my joints and muscles and makes it painful to walk. But no one really understood me until I started working with The Children's Society in one-to-one sessions. 

I was able to express what it feels like to be me and I helped perform a plan to professionals about how disabled people feel excluded. 

Being involved with The Children's Society in Birmingham has made me more confident and happy about the future.
