Gavin, 16
I was beginning to get into trouble with the police.
One time I threw a ball through my neighbour’s window. I didn’t really know what I was doing. I was angry and wanted to take it out on something.
Someone from The Children's Society in Bristol set up a meeting with my neighbour.
It was tough. I didn’t realise how scared I had made her feel. She was a nice woman and I felt really bad. I don’t get into trouble any more.
