Congratulations to all those who made the team this year! We’re really excited to have you run with us and are looking forward to seeing you all on the big day
The race begins - and finishes - on The Mall along St James's Park, and follows a clockwise route around London.
Buckingham Palace acts as the backdrop for both the start and finish. Along the route you will pass many of the city's famous sights, including:
- Admiralty Arch
- Nelson’s Column
- St Paul’s Cathedral
- Mansion House
- the Bank of England
- Leadenhall Market
- the Monument
- Millennium Bridge
- Tate Modern
- Cleopatra’s Needle
- London Eye
- Big Ben
- the Houses of Parliament
- Westminster Abbey.
By running the Bupa London 10k, you are helping disadvantaged children who have nowhere else to turn, like the 100,000 young people who run away from home each year, usually because family life has become unbearable.
We work tirelessly to give the most disadvantaged and vulnerable young people a better start in life. By running because you want to, you’re helping us make sure that they no longer have to.

Can I run for you if I get my own place?
If you have been successful in securing your own place we would love you to run for us on the day as part of The Children's Society team. To join our team simply contact our events team by email or telephone 0300 303 7000. No registration fee is required and there is no minimum sponsorship target - we just ask you to raise as much as you can.
